Hillary week 23

For week 23, my husband and I joined Hillary and Jake at the park with their two dogs. Both Hillary and Jake had nice little sunburns from a hike earlier in the day. Hillary had started feeling the baby kick and move this week and she was so excited about that! There are a lot of duck clothing items for babies that are 'gender neutral' (H & J are not finding out the sex)...Hillary managed to find the cutest little duck hat ever! They were also preparing for their 'babymoon' and had some cabin-fever to get to the beach!

Hillary Week 18

Hillary completed her 18th week...she's about halfway there!!! Despite feeling a little large this week, she had a fun week visiting with her sister Katie, who came to Denver to visit.

This is another note Hillary wrote to the baby. It's technically from week 16, and she had forgotten that she wrote it. :)

When I started taking the maternity photos at week 12, I also started documenting the progress of the nursery. Hillary and Jake decided to convert their office/craft room/etc room into their bedroom, and turn their current bedroom into the nursery. They got their new bedroom all set up and it looks great. No nursery progress quite yet. But as you can see...they had to spend a lot of time working on their bedroom. Pictures from week 12 and week 18...

 Katie brought some baby clothes from Hillary's mom and grandmother with her...(I think Hill said mom & grandma; if I'm wrong about who these came from, I'm sorry!)

A couple more Hillary/belly shots outside...Even though she was feeling large, as you can see she's not really that large, but instead super cute and glowing!

Hillary Week 16

 So when I said Hillary popped, I guess I could have exaggerated a little bit! I see her at least once a week so I see all the little changes that happen, so for me, she had popped, haha! She wrote "tiny nugget" another letter for this week, but she forgot...typical Hillary  ;)  So I'll update it to this post once I get a photo of it. In my opinion, Hillary was feeling pretty excited this week. Whether she needed them or not, she had bought some maternity clothes, and planted some flowers to spruce up the house a bit. So here's week 16. We'll have a surprise guest in two weeks in some of the week 18 photos!

Photoshoot: 3 BFFs

My friend Jenny, who I used to work with, had me photograph her and her two best friends from Ohio last week when they were here visiting. I haven't done this exact kind of thing before, so it was a fun opportunity for me. We chose to go downtown, 16th street mall, and I kind of just followed them around for about an hour. Three best girl friends = some great moments!  Enjoy...

Hillary Week 14 & 15

As I posted a couple weeks ago, I didn't photograph Hillary's 14th week since I was out of the state. Then, we had some scheduling conflicts and we didn't get to do a good 15 week. But we did get some simple belly shots of week 15...

Still not much belly to speak of, but I saw Hillary a couple days after these pictures and she had popped! Obviously still not huge just being in week 16 but definitely a difference! We'll be taking the 16 week photos tomorrow and I'll get them posted no later than Thursday of next week.
